3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Membership Fee Access to full property details requires a paid membership of $9.95 per month, billed on a recurring basis.

3.2 Free Account Non-paying visitors may view property titles, featured images, and basic information. Full details are available to members only.

3.3 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others.

3.4 Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Providing false information may result in account termination.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing Your membership fee of $9.95/month will be charged to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month.

4.2 Payment Processor Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

4.3 Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again. Persistent payment failures may result in suspension of your account.

4.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to change our membership price. We will give you 30 days’ notice of any price changes via email.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Refund Policy We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for partial months.
