7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New members are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund: Email [email protected] with subject line “Refund Request” within 7 days of signup. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months used
- Months already billed after cancellation date
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation: Stops future charges. Access continues to end of billing period.
Refund: Returns money already charged. Only available within 7 days of first payment.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
